sundae bar....at paper sundaes

Afternoon all if you celebrate easter hope you having a good one , we have a new challenge at paper sundaes and its sundae bar time again my this time the toppings to choose from are kraft ,charms lace and diecuts and we are sponsored by the lovely gals from tickled pink who very generously gave us all an image to play with . I chose lil spanish lolita willow just love that gorgeous ruffled dress I thought it would be fun to colour and yep sure was !!! ive coloured her with copics and the papers are dcwv for my sundae bar toppings ive used diecuts and lace .

Hiya im back again with a card just for fun whoooo hoooo !!! i was going to use the easter holidays to get ahead with my dt cards but when the gorgeous new maggie stamp club came yesterday i just couldnt resist !! this one is my fave isnt she so pretty with that curly hair as soon as i saw her i knew what background would be perfect so i dug it out and is the result tilda out for a paddle on a sunny day

butterflies and bows...

Morning all day 3 of the easter hols and counting lol !!! todays card is for a new challenge at crafts and me where our challenge this week is to use butterflies and bows on your card ,i have used one of my fave sara burrier images she is called porcini and is stunning isnt she ,i was so pleased with how this turned out i do love digi images as they are instant and when it comes to crafting me has no patience lol but i dont like being limited to using copics and as much as i love my copics some images just scream distress inks at me so i printed the image on my usual watercolour paper and left it for over a week and when i came to paint it surprisingly it was fine no smearing at all impressive eh !! in the past i have tried leaving them overnight but they smeared so i gave up and stuck with copics but i really wanted to paint this one so i tried again and wooo hooo success !! i know a lot of people emboss the image and then paint but i cant be bothered with all that and im not that keen on embossing anyway so as long as i plan ahead problem solved !! 

so here she is porcini painted with distress inks ,papers are from a gorgeous pad from the scrapcake that i discovered this week very yummy !!

La La Land GDT

Morning all here we are day one of the easter hols and my boys are squabbling already its going to be a long two weeks !!

Well as the title says this card is my first as GDT for la la land i know i have said many times i have enough on my plate already with so many dt's but when i was asked to join the lovely girlies for april/may i couldnt say no could i !! its nice to have a play with some different images sometimes ,so this weeks inspiration monday theme is to recycle or alter something ,i decided to make a door hanger and used packaging to make the base ,ive used Faerie Marci and coloured her with copics
