lazy summer days....

Morning everyone certainly not a lazy summer day here its not stopped raining for 2 days !! anyway its not often i get time to make anything thats not for a dt but when i saw the challenge at tomic was masking how could i not !! I decided to make another wall hanging and make it all summery and cheery im so fed up of staring out of the window at rain !! I finally chose my stamps and got stamping i used 11 this time and must admit it took some fiddling to get the order right so they were all masked at the right time then coloured with distress inks. Now when i pictured this in my mind i was seeing red polka dots again ( told you i was obsessed lol ) i went through all my papers and only had a couple of 6x6 sheets left not enough for an 8x8 without making it patchwork !! so i went in search of a digi one and found one at raspberry road and its perfect not a bright red but a lovely shabby chic vintage looking red and i love it and now i can have as much as i want !!!! lol . I mounted my scene on a 6x6 chipboard then covered an 8x8 piece with my new delish paper and finished of with a mix of woc and kort &godt flowers

Hiya im back with my second post today this time with a new challenge at truly scrumptious where this week we have a fab theme and that is to use lace on your project and is sponsored by stamp and create .I have chosen a gorgeous sugar nellie stamp, daisy is one of my all time fave stamps and when i found her with her dolly i fell in love with this one as well ,ive coloured with copics and used some beautiful k&co paper. I made a flower using lace and tulle and finished off with another piece of lace and some woc flowers .

school days at little darlings ....

Morning everyone hope you are all well today ive got my first dt project for little darlings to show this week the theme is school days , i decided to make a note book rather than a card and ive used 2 gorgeous images from the back to school release an apple a day and first bell and ive coloured with copics . The delish  papers are from echo park for some reason i am really into red polka dots at the moment so expect to see lots of them !!! Ive kept the embellies simply so i can actually use the book lol !! just adding some lace and ribbon on the binding ring and some wooden buttons , hope you can join us this week
