Hi all i have my dt card for crafts and me to share today i ment to post this this morning but fell asleep on the sofa after being up half the night with a coughing child !! so this week it s my turn to host and i have chosen an easy peasy theme of your fave embellishment .I have used a gorgeous stamp from Hannah Lynn called Genevieve and coloured her with copics

so as you can see my favourite embellishments are flowers and lace !! oh and die cuts and pearls !!!

Hi everyone hope you are all well we are still snowed in here in Lancashire so another day im having to spend in the craft room what a shame !!!
 I have a card i have made for Little Darlings using the gorgeous Bella from Saturated Canary to share today i have coloured her with distress inks and have used some of the scrummy new  papers designed by our very own Mindy this set is called Summer Sorbet i love the fact that although they are 12x12 the designs are small patterns so its perfect to chop up for cards and they are a really good weight so if like me you love to distress the edges they dont rip or buckle like a thinner paper does

something new at crafts and me

2 new release Saturated Canary's ...

Well finally i get to upload my photo's !!!ive been trying since sunday evening to do this post but mr blogger wasnt playing ball its been driving me insane there just wasnt the usual button to click to choose photos but this morning its back !!!! yay yay yay

fairy wishes

Hi everyone i've just popped on to share a project i made for Little Darlings CHA release which has started today in the US .I decided to made a wall hanging using up some pieces of chipboard and a splodge of paint the gorgeous image is called Fairy Wishes and i have coloured her with copics 

there will be a chance to have a peek at the Little Darlings booth at CHA Create and Craft are coming live from there over the weekend 

Join us and presenters Leonie Pujol and Nigel May from 12^th-14^th January, from 5pm to 10pm daily; only on Create and Craft TV!

and while i am here over at deep ocean this week we have a fun theme and that is simple to show us your craft space we all love a nosey round other people's rooms dont we so get a piccy and join us !! 

so here is mine !!

now bear in mind that as the room is a massive attic conversion i very generously (make that VERY GENEROUSLY !!) share it with 2 very messy boys !! i did consider cleaning up before i took the photo but then i thought nah its school holidays they will be back messing up again in a few hours !! so i just kept the camera away from the worst bits !!

actually quite a tidy desk for me !! what you cant see is the boys mess directly behind it !! i have them contained in the corner so i can keep an eye on them while im at my desk !!

i used to have all  my ribbons and lace stored in a massive jumble in a box then after visiting my lovely friend kat (go check out her gorgeous room i want it!!) i was inspired to make mine pretty and girlie !! sooooooo i found this fab stand in ikea and massively reduced so snapped that up,it is sitting on a lazy susan so i can spin it round ,i got loads of dolly pegs and spent ages rolling ribbons and lace on them and for maybe a week or two it looked gorgeous !! now as you can see its back to being messy !!! lol 

hiding beneath some gorgeous lace curtains are boxes of stamps a mountain of papers and a very massive basket full of flowers oh and just a few dies and other assorted lovelies !! what you dont see is the bottom of the curtain where the puppy has chewed it !!! so there i am sitting at my desk with more often than not 2 boys cutting up ,glueing and generally destroying (sorry creating) anything they can get their hands on and a very small dog who eats anything she can get her teeth into her favourite being giant pipe cleaners and pom poms from the boys stash !!  !! oh well i can dream of a lovely shabby chic room i guess ....
