another corner bookmark

Afternoon all ive got another corner bookmark to show today its for 2 dt's paper sundaes where the theme is bookmark or corner bookmark and is sponsored by funky kits and dream valley where we have a nice and easy anything goes , as ive said before i normally try to make separate dt card but these past few weeks have been manic its half term this week and my OH is busy spending hours most days at his dad's house where he is having to redecorate after a flood from a burst pipe ment the entire ground floor has had to be stripped and re done and he's doing it all on his own bless him as his dad is disabled so its not left me much time to craft . Anyway onto my bookmark ive used this gorgeous little sugar nellie stamped her onto kraft and coloured with prisma pencils and as she is so very sweet and girly ive added loads of gorgeous lace

something hidden

Hi all we have a new challenge at MDUC and this week we want you to hide something on your card it could be a hidden tag or flap or maybe a fancy fold that reveals something when its opened our sponsor this week is tickled pink stamps so well worth having a go .

I have used a new christmas stamp and masked with the trees from an older collection and coloured with copics  and ive added flower soft and stickles ,papers are also magnolia .

I made the main image part into a flap that is held down with the bow ,when its opened there is a pocket with a tag to write a message on or maybe add a gift voucher

look what i got in the post !!

morning lovely bloggers just wanted to show you what i got in the post today 

this beautiful card came all the way from australia from julie , i must admit until last week i hadnt heard of these kaos cards but its a kind of blog award which originated in sweden but unlike usual awards you actually make a send cards isnt it a lovely idea it really made my day when i heard julie had chosen me to a card to and i will certainly try to find some time to send some myself ,if you would like to know more about these cards pop over to julies blog and have a read HERE . Thank you so much julie i will pop it in my craft room where it will remind me of all the lovely friends ive made through this little hobby of ours !!

something sweet ???

Hi everyone we have a fab new challenge at deep ocean this week and that is simply to make something sweet ,it could be a sweet image or a halloween project with sweets like ive done . I must admit ive kinda had enough of making halloween cards now but i got the super sweet sylvia zet witch weeks ago and havent managed to do anything with her so thought i would have one last go ive made a gift basket this time with some scrummy sparkly bo bunny papers and added my little witch ive coloured with copics.

colour challenge at lovely hAnglar only

Im back again with my dt card for lovely hAnglar only this will be our last challenge for a while as we are taking a break but will return soon when we hopefully have some new dt members on board . The theme for this week is a colour challenge to use black with either orange green of purple . Ive coloured my sweet hAnglar girl with prisma pencils and papers are echo park and papermania ,ive hand rolled lots of little flowers and added some of my fave cheesecloth . It would be lovely to see lots of entries on this challenge as we are taking a break so go dig out those hAnglar cuties and come join us !!

I chose another new christmas tilda isnt she so sweet skating on her frozen pond ,ive coloured with copics and papers are also magnolia .Ive used tims snowflake die (love this have you noticed !!) and painted it with crackle paint and stickles

too cute to spook ????

Hi everyone ,ive got a halloween card to show today , now seeing as its sunday i usually have 3 dt cards but when i sat down to decide what to make i noticed all 3 were the same theme halloween , i was trying to decide which stamps and papers to use to make 3 cards but wasnt getting very far as i dont have many halloween papers and my printer is playing up so couldnt use the digi ones i have so i decided to combine them all into one card and bung all my halloween tilda's onto a step card !! i dont normally like to combine dt cards but this time i had to just go with it !! 

so here we go first challenge is simply magnolia where we are sponsored by jacobi

so i used as you can see 4 tildas and the background and pumpkins are from make it crafty,i coloured everything with prisma pencils , i made the card base from black card and added lots of cheesecloth instead of papers there is also a magnolia fence die in there but you cant really see it on the pic !

little darlings and scor-pal blog hop

now onto my creation , i chose to make a cupcake box you will find the tutorial here ,i have used tricks or treats  available now at love to stamp to decorate my box she is so much fun to colour i just love her !

choccie covered muffins sit perfectly in the little spaces made for them so cute love this box !!

i must admit until now i have never used a scor-pal board but .....how did i manage without one !!! it honestly is so easy to use and much better than the others i have tried no dodgy score lines just perfect first time love it !! a big thank you to angie and the scor-pal gang for sending me one to play with !! if you dont have one angie has scor-buddy in stock at love to stamp so go snap one up

my first dt card for just magnolia !!!!!

Morning yayyyyyy its friday its been one of those weeks im glad to see the back of its been one problem after another!!  . Anyway on a much more cheery note as the header says this is my first dt card for just magnolia &hAnglar !!! yes yes i know i said i would not take on any more design teams but ...... when i got an email out of the blue from Bev asking me if i would like to join them i jumped at it there was no way i was turning that down was there !!! ( stay tuned for another announcement re another fab team i was asked to join and also couldnt turn down !!! lol )

wings at oldie but a goodie

Morning all ive got my dt card for oldie but a goodie today this week it was my turn to choose the theme and i chose wings that could mean fairies butterflies birds anything you fancy really .I have used a beautiful molly harrison fairy from lili of the valley stamped onto kraft and coloured with prisma pencils . Papers are mme and i have made the little flower vine thingy ( sorry not very technical !!) it started as some loose flowers ,leaves ,wire and florist tape and i just fiddled and twisted and wrapped lol !! then tied on some scraps of cheescloth .

monochrome at dream valley...

My last card for today is dream valley where the theme this week is monochrome . I chose one of my fave tilda's and coloured her in shades of grey with copics .when it came to choosing papers i couldnt find any that tickled my fancy so i grabbed some stamps and ink and made them all ,i wouldnt want to do this everytime as there are too many gorgeous papers around but once in a while i love to get messy and just have a play !!
