altered recipe box...

Im back again !! this time i have a recipe box i made for the challenge at mduc they want to see anything that has been altered . I came across this box that used to have washing powder tabs in ready to go out for recycling to i nabbed it and thought it would make a perfect recipe box !! i got half way into covering it and realised i hadnt taken a photo of the box before i attacked it kicking myself now doh !!! anyway i covered it with papers from magnolia and added some lace and ribbons ,coloured and cut out some appropriate tildas and finished it off with a recipe label and some flowers .to go inside i made some tags (only had time to make a few but i thought i can add to it when ive got time) cut them on my cricut then partially stamped more magnolias and added some matching ribbon ive coloured just a teeny bit of them to tie in with the colours .i had so much fun with this made a change from cards im now off scouting round to see what else i can salvage and alter !!

stamps-magnolia coloured with distress inks
papers -magnolia
die -magnolia
flowers-woc
tags cut on cricut
ribbon and lace from stash

mduc-alter it
simon says stamp -bingo board (flowers lace shape)
magnolia stamp lovers-anything goes
divas by design -anything but a card
